1. Which tour is better: the Tijuana or Ensenada Tour?
Tijuana offers a half-day experience, mostly geared towards getting a feel of Tijuana as a border town and the shopping it offers. Ensenada remains a full-day trip complete with the coastal experience, an included lunch and a chance to experience the magnificent port town that is Ensenada. Both are great!
2. What do I need for a tour going to Mexico?
U.S and Canadian Citizens: Must bring a government issued photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S birth certificate or naturalization certificate) or a passport for re-entry to the United States. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate.
Non-U.S. Citizens: Either a Passport, I-94, Multiple Entry Visa or Resident Alien Card is required for re-entry to the United States.
Passports are recommended, but not necessary. A tentative date for mandatory possession of a passport for ALL travelers is set for June, 1st 2008.
2. Do I have to pay to be picked up or taken back to my hotel?
All Gray Line tours include FREE hotel pick-up and return.
The pick-up time is the time which we will arrive at your hotel to pick you up for the sightseeing tour that you have purchased. Our pick-up times vary from hotel to hotel and normally start about 45-60 minutes prior to the tour departure time.
All tour time returns are estimates and may vary due to weather and/or traffic conditions beyond our control.
Please call for specific pickup times and locations at (800) 331-5077.
3. Do we start our tour directly after our pick up from our hotel?
No, once we pick you up at your hotel you'll be taken to the Gray Line Central Pickup Location where you'll depart for your tour excursion. The reason for this is due to number of hotels we service which requires multiple buses to reduce the time you spend on our buses performing pick-ups.
4. What if I lose an item on the tour?
Gray Line is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in vehicles. Call (800) 331-5077 to report any items left on board a coach.
5. Where do we pay and what forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards when booking. A cancellation fee will be applied for all no shows.
All prices are subject to change without notice and require a minimum to operate.
