- If cancelling with 24 hours notice (or longer) --> Full refund issued, minus a $5.00 per person non-refundable fee
- If cancelling the day before the tour date --> 50% refund issued
- If cancelling the day of the tour or are a no-show --> No refund issued

Gray Line tours include FREE hotel pick-up and return from most central San Diego hotels. La Jolla is limited to the Hyatt Regency La Jolla (Aventine).
The pick-up time is the time which we will arrive at your hotel to pick you up for the sightseeing tour that you have purchased. Our pick-up times vary from hotel to hotel and normally start about 45-60 minutes prior to the tour departure time. Guests will be taken to our Central Pickup Location where you'll depart for your tour excursion.
All tour time returns are estimates and may vary due to weather and/or traffic conditions beyond our control.

All U.S and Canadian travelers will need to present a passport for re-entry into the U.S.
Non-U.S. Citizens: Either a Passport, I-94, Multiple Entry Visa or Resident Alien Card is required for re-entry to the United States. For additional information, contact your local Immigration and Naturalization Service. U.S. currency and most major credit cards are accepted.
